Freedom's Cry Foundation is a multi-faceted organization of persons striving for one goal in many ways, in an organized and efficient manner. The primary focus of the organization is the forming of a political party which will offer candidates who are trained in and dedicated to bringing our Federal government back into its proper form and function based upon the Constitution and other documents left for our admonishment by the Founding Fathers. There are other groups with this same basic intention, but they continually cripple themselves with internal strife, and often with a general lack of management and coordination. It is not the intention of this organization to further harm any group dedicated to similar purposes, but it is our intention to succeed where others have failed, by addressing these basic issues in a more effective manner than did they. We at Freedom's Cry have spent months studying the faults and failures of well-intended groups and political parties, and have reached determinations as to what will be more effective. Let's face it folks, what has been done so far has failed us all terribly - not for lack of good intentions, just for lack of proper performance. Insanity has been defined as doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results each time.

In order to accomplish the goals of getting people elected on a strictly Constitutional Platform, we must first prepare candidates and educate many people on what Constitutional Principles are. The failure of the public education system has created a total lack of understanding of these principles in the younger generations of Americans, and this lack seems to be greater with each new generation that comes along. The general consensus that resulted in the formation of Freedom's Cry was based upon the premise that if something doesn't change within this generation, there won't be enough people left to teach who understand it themselves. In just 20 or 30 years, the kids who are being taught in school today may hold this nations highest offices, and the revisionist history and socialist agendas they are being taught certainly are not preparing them for a return to Constitutional government. The intention of Freedom's Cry is to offer education of Constitutional Principles in a variety of forms, and at a variety of levels in order to prepare citizens of all ages to take their place in our nation, what ever that place may be. We intend to prepare candidates for public office, prepare citizens to argue Constitutional Law before the Courts, and prepare everyday citizens to be good citizens. A basic knowledge of Constitutional principles can help everyone, regardless of their place in our society, and Freedom's Cry intends to make that information available. A more detailed understanding is needed for certain professions - including public office holders, litigators, etc. and it is our intention to offer this training in a variety of forms, so as to make it more accessible to every citizen who is interested in learning.

The primary focus of Freedom's Cry as a political party will be Federal elections and offices, though some strategic state offices will be sought, and candidates for some local offices may be endorsed from time to time, regardless of their prior party affiliation. (Remember, the goal isn't to have a great number of candidates affiliated with us in public office, it's to effectively reform our government back to its proper form and function - the name on the ticket is far less important than the planks on the platform.)

As the needs and abilities arise, Freedom's Cry may also become involved, at least in some limited form, in other activities designed to attain the same goals, including civil litigation to overturn unconstitutional laws and regulations, and helping to prosecute civil violations by government agencies and their employees. We at Freedom's Cry believe these are desperate times, and refuse to limit ourselves from engaging in any ethical and moral activity which seems likely to effectively assist in reaching the goals set out herein, but we do refuse to engage in any activity likely to undermine those goals or otherwise waste the limited resources available for these purposes. What is or is not a feasible activity in which we should engage will be determined by the Executive Committee to avoid most of the internal strife that has wrecked other similar organizations.

Is Freedom's Cry a scam? Well, you'll have to decide that, but here's some basic information to help you decide… There are no membership fees or dues, though it will cost money to accomplish anything. The expenses of Freedom's Cry will be met entirely be voluntary donations from interested people and members. So far, (as of January 4, 2003) all donations have come from the members of the executive committee. We will from time to time make specific requests for donations for specific purposes, or just for the general operation of the Foundation.
